Warranty and maintenance policy

Last updated: February 25, 2023

I. Warranty policy:

1. Warranty scope:

– Warranty policy applies to website design services provided by FHC. However, to avoid misunderstandings between customers and FHC about the specific products covered by the warranty, FHC will provide detailed information about the warranty scope for each product, including specific software, applications or technologies covered by the warranty.

2. Warranty period:

– Warranty period is 12 months after handing over the administrative account.

3. Warranty terms:

  • FHC only warrants, fixes errors and troubleshoots problems for systems and functions built by FHS and agreed in the contract. If customers are using hosting provided by FHC, FHC will support customers in solving hosting-related issues:

    • Interface display error compared to the time of handover.
    • Errors related to source and code are created by the website itself.
    • Errors related to systems and functions built by FHC (functions agreed in the contract).
    • Warranty policy also applies to customers using hosting provided by FHS.
  • FHC will endeavor to resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

II. Maintenance policy

1. Maintenance conditions:

– FHC will provide one (01) administrative account (admin) for customers when designing and handing over the website. To ensure website stability and maintenance, FHC will create a peer account to use as needed, for example to make important updates or troubleshoot problems. This account information will be kept by FHC according to the committed information security policy to ensure security and protection of customer information.

2. Maintenance scope

  • Update the website with important updates according to the time previously agreed upon with the customer.

  • Periodically check the customer's website during the warranty period (for example, once a month).

  • Support guiding customers to use and manage the website with functions designed by FHC during the warranty period.

  • The scope of maintenance does not include redesigning the old interface. Building new functions or functions that are not available on the current website can only be done if there is an additional agreement and appropriate fees are charged.

  • No maintenance or support for errors caused by the customer changing or repairing the website or by a third party (plugins, new functions added by the customer or added by a unit other than FHC). In this case, FHC will provide support for a fee if the customer requests.

  • In case the customer uses a third-party theme or plugin (not developed or installed by FHC) and this is the cause of the website error, FHC will provide the following solutions:

    • Restore the handover copy (if still kept)

    • Paid support

    • Refuse support
