I. General regulations on website design services
Article 1: Terms of use

These are regulations related to the use of services on Future Horizon Company (FHC). When registering, users must comply with these regulations.

Article 2: Changes to regulations

We can change the regulations to suit company policy. When changes are made, we will post a revised version on FHC, and the revised version will take effect at the time of posting. After the rules change, if a member uses FHC, we consider the member to have accepted all new rules.

Article 3: Information management

FHC will not be responsible and does not guarantee the accuracy of information from the user's website after handing over the service management parameters to the user. DHC is not legally responsible and compensates users and third parties for direct, indirect, unintentional, special, intangible damages, losses in profits, revenue, and reputation arising from the use of FHC products and services.

Article 4: Management of administrative accounts

Users must securely keep identification information, passwords or other information related to their accounts and immediately notify fHC when they discover any forms of unauthorized access to their accounts or security loopholes, including loss, theft or disclosure of passwords and other security information.

Article 5: Using email

Users are solely responsible for the content of emails sent from the mailbox in their account.

Article 6: Dispute resolution, applicable law

In case of a dispute between the user and FHC during use, the two parties will try to negotiate and resolve in a spirit of friendship. If it cannot be resolved by negotiation, the dispute will be brought to the economic court for resolution. The law applicable to these disputes will be according to the current laws of Vietnam.

II. Service change policy – website design upgrade

Customers do not have the right to change the website design services agreed and signed in the contract. If the customer wants to edit or supplement information or structure of the website, the customer will have to agree with FHC and create a contract supplement or sign a new contract. Costs arising from changing the website interface will be notified to customers by FHC after confirming the extent of website modifications.

For customers who have used services at FHC, when upgrading or changing the interface, FHC will provide a 20% discount on the total value of the contract.

III. Suspension of service provision:

FHC has the authority to terminate service provision without refunding any costs in the following cases:

• Users use the website for any purpose or form that violates Vietnamese law, especially on issues related to software copyright, songs…

• Users send, create links or transmit data that violates the law, threatens, deceives, hates, distorts, defames, pornographic, insults or forms prohibited by Vietnamese law in any form.

• The User stores or disseminates data that constitutes or encourages criminal conduct, or data that violates intellectual property laws, design rights, trademarks, copyright or any other intellectual property right or copyright of any person.

• Users use the website to vandalize another website.

• Users use programs that have the potential to clog or slow down the system, such as depleting system resources and overloading the processor and memory.

• Users use their website or account to illegally infiltrate other websites or affect other FHC customers.

• User fails to pay fees on time
