This means many opportunities to expand and develop the reputation of the business; as well as many challenges and difficulties in the process of deploying applications on the cloud.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Since the Covid19 pandemic, many businesses have been allowing employees to work remotely, opening multiple offices in multiple locations and purchasing multiple tools and platforms.\u00a0<a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chantroituonglai.com\/en\/what-is-digital-transformation-why-is-it-necessary-to-change-now.html\">cloud computing<\/a>.\u00a0While these changes bring greater opportunities, they also present new challenges for business leaders, especially IT departments that are trying to keep up to promote collaboration and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Operating in the cloud offers many benefits <sup><a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"#refs\">[1]<\/a><\/sup> for businesses and organizations, including: <\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Highly abstracted resources.<\/li><li>Almost instant scalability and flexibility (Flexible & Scalable)<\/li><li>Almost instant licensing<\/li><li>Shared resources (hardware, databases, memory, etc.)<\/li><li>&#8220;Service-on-demand&#8221;, usually pay-as-you-go<\/li><li>Administer programmatically (e.g. via WS API).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>However, even as many businesses rush to adopt cloud computing processes, the capabilities and scale of each business also affect how easy it is to switch technology models. Switching to a cloud computing system has many unique challenges that many businesses are not ready for or do not know how to handle.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topic: With the popularity of many digital tools, t<strong>Why can't many businesses convert their technology model to cloud computing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background wp-block-heading\"><strong>Difficulty #1: Budget when implementing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<p>In the long term, switching to a cloud computing system can save money through increased efficiency and reduced administrative costs, of course, requiring the development of reasonable processes. For example, companies that launch applications that experience a fluctuating user base may benefit the most from the public cloud because it can scale up or down to meet business usage needs and reduce costs.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>However, if you have applications with stable usage or user numbers, switching completely to the public cloud may not be the best approach. In these cases, going hybrid cloud may make the most financial sense. You can migrate applications with varying usage levels to the hybrid cloud, while keeping the rest in small physical servers at your company or in a private cloud system.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The financial investment and risks associated with migrating to a cloud computing system can be daunting for many businesses. Integration not only makes work flow more smoothly but increases employee efficiency. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Therefore, it is important to communicate these benefits when businesses announce changes to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Training<\/strong> and instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n<p><em>While using cloud computing will make things easier for everyone, this adjustment can still create initial obstacles and slow down the adoption of the new model. People may find new processes confusing, complicated, or difficult to integrate.
